My kid hates therapy, how do you engage my teen?

I start where the teen is at, literally. I will meet with them in the home or in the community. Often on drives with teens they open up because the therapist isn’t staring at them from across the room waiting for them to talk. I often take kids to get hot chocolate, icecream or go on nature walks or play soccer in the back yard or park.

Do you take insurance.

No, I am Out Of Network with insurances. Superbills will be provided once your invoice is paid. Upon receiving the superbill you can submit it to insurance if they do any kind of reimbursement.

PLEASE check with your insurance first to see if you will be reimbursed.

Both my kids need therapy, can you work with each of them individually?

Yes, I often work with multiple individuals in the family. This helps me understand the family system and be able to support the family as a whole.

What is the cost?

My fee is $275/hr Whether I’m talking with a family member or collaborating with providers.
